How do you know you're ready to shed those pounds?

"You've decided to get rid of this weight once and for all".

Then one of 4 things may occur.

  1. You doggedly slug it out and achieve your goal over time; 
  2. You get into the journey and achieve some results, but you're interrupted by life and you then tread weight until you can resume 
  3. You begin the journey and quit at some point usually regaining the weight, 
  4. You say you're ready but never take action.
